Individual or entity using Phluit.
Acknowledgment
By clicking "I Agree", downloading, or using Phluit, You legally agree to these terms.
If you disagree: Don't click, download, or use Phluit. This is a binding legal contract between You and Phluit Co, Fl. Phluit is licensed, NOT sold to You.

Scope of License
Revocable Non-Exclusive Non-Transferable Personal Use Only
You get a limited license to download, install, and use Phluit strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Third-Party Services
Phluit may show links to external content/services.

Term and Termination
- Agreement lasts until terminated by You or Us
- We can terminate ANYTIME — no notice needed
- Auto-terminates if You violate terms
- Termination = delete ALL copies of Phluit
Indemnification
You agree to protect Us from claims due to:
- Your use of Phluit
- Violating this Agreement/laws
- Infringing third-party rights
- Includes paying our attorney fees
No Warranties
AS IS AS AVAILABLE NO GUARANTEES
Phluit comes with ZERO warranties. No promises it works perfectly, is error-free, or meets your needs. Even if we know about problems, we're not liable.
Limitation of Liability
MAX LIABILITY = $100 (or what you paid, whichever is less)
NO liability for lost profits, data, business interruption, or indirect damages — even if we knew about the risk!
Severability and Waiver
Severability
Invalid provisions get fixed to work — rest stays valid.
Waiver
One missed breach doesn't waive future enforcement.
Product Claims
No warranties about Phluit performance.
United States Legal Compliance
You confirm:
- NOT in embargoed country or terrorist-supporting nation
- NOT on US restricted parties list
Changes to this Agreement
We can change anytime. Material changes = 30 days notice.
Keep using Phluit = You agree to new terms. Stop using if you disagree.
Governing Law
Spain laws apply (no conflicts rules).
Entire Agreement
This is the complete deal — replaces all prior agreements.
