No worries! We migrate your databases as part of the formal process. We coordinate with you on timing to bring over as up-to-date of content as possible before updating your DNS settings. Once the transfer is complete, we review the old website to identify any data that came through during the transition and separately bring it over to ensure your website contains the latest dynamic data by the end of the migration process.

Even if we could magically move all your files to a new server instantaneously, there are always some inevitable downtime that occurs when a domain name settings get updated. However, we've developed a reliable, efficient process that minimizes this disruption to be negligible. We also work with you directly to ensure we flip the switch during periods of low traffic (e.g., midnight) to ensure any temporary gaps in connectivity cause as little disruption as possible.
