VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Prohibited Activities (Not Allowed)
Our services are highly flexible in terms of how they can be utilized. Here is a non-exhaustive list of prohibited activities:
- Any illegal activities - illegal either in the United States of America, or your residing country
- Harassing or threatening manner - utilizing services to harass or threaten others
- SPAM, SPIM, or SPIT activities - unsolicited bulk messaging
- Copyright Infringement and DMCA - violating intellectual property rights
- Excessive resource use - disrupting our network or other clients
- Cryptocurrency mining - including CPU mining
- Email spamming
- Bruteforce attacks
- Outbound DDoS
- Runescape bots
- Traffic Exchange services
Consequences of Violations
Clients who utilize services in a prohibited manner may be subject to any of (or a combination of) the following:
- Warning notification (requires acknowledgement)
- Service or account suspension
- Service or account termination
- Fees (termination, re-activation, suspension, clean-up, or abuse)
- Cooperation with law enforcement

Payments
Chargebacks / Disputed Payments
Chargebacks or disputed payments will be reviewed case-by-case. Disputes for prohibited activities incur an Administrative Fee: $125-$250.
Fraudulent Payments
Services acquired via fraudulent payments will be immediately suspended or terminated. Data is deleted immediately.
Refunds
No automatic refunds - issued case-by-case. Prepayments and account credit are non-refundable. Contact us to discuss options.
Suspensions
Suspension for Non-Payment
- 10% late fee after 3 days
- Data unavailable until reconnection
- Data destroyed after 7 days past due
Communication is key! Contact us if your account is past-due to explore options.
Suspension for Prohibited Use
Suspended services include notification and reason. Some offenses are remediable; serious/recurring violations result in permanent termination with no refund.
Cancellation and Service-Downgrade Policy
Cancellations
5-day written notice via client area before renewal. Data deleted immediately upon cancellation - backup first!
Contract Service Cancellations
7-day written notice + early termination fee (case-by-case).
Service Downgrades
5-day written notice via ticketing system.

Overview
24/7 best-effort hardware/network support FREE. Server management plans available for software/OS support.
OS Reloads
- VPS/Hybrid: Self-service, FREE
- Dedicated: 1 FREE per billing cycle; $25 each additional
Excluded
- Software support (unless management plan purchased)
- Client end-user support

- Maximum liability: Total fees paid
- You indemnify Phluit from all claims, including attorney fees
- Legal venue: Arbitration in San Bernardino County, California
Transfer Policy
$5.00 USD one-time administrative fee per service transfer. Phluit reserves right to decline requests.
