Affiliates Terms of Use
Phluit Affiliate Program
1. Introduction
These Affiliate Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Phluit ("Phluit") and its affiliates ("Affiliates").

To become an Affiliate, you must be an individual or entity that can enter into legally binding contracts and meet the following criteria:

Phluit offers an affiliate program that allows Affiliates to earn commissions by promoting Phluit's products and services to their audience. Affiliates can earn commissions on sales generated through their unique referral links.

Phluit will track all traffic and sales generated through Affiliate referral links. Affiliates will earn commissions on each sale generated from their referral links, as defined by the current commission structure. Commissions will be paid to Affiliates on a monthly basis.

Phluit may review Affiliate performance periodically and may make adjustments to commission rates or terminate Affiliates who do not meet performance expectations.

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Phluit may terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, performance issues, or changes to Phluit's business model.
11. Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phluit, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Phluit and Affiliates with respect to the Affiliate Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

These Terms may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.
