How long does the branding process take?
Timelines depend on the package. Starter packages are typically delivered within 7–10 business days. Pro packages take 2–3 weeks, and Enterprise packages are completed within 3–4 weeks due to the comprehensive strategy work involved. Rush delivery is available on Enterprise plans (5 business days).
What file formats will I receive?
All packages include source files (AI, EPS), vector formats (SVG), and raster formats (PNG, JPG) in multiple sizes. Pro and Enterprise packages also include print-ready PDF files, social media–optimized exports, and favicon/app icon sets in all required dimensions.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Absolutely. Starter packages include 2 revision rounds, Pro packages include unlimited revisions during the project, and Enterprise packages include unlimited revisions plus 30 days of post-delivery support for any additional tweaks or format requests.
Do you offer branding for existing businesses or just startups?
Both! Whether you're launching a new brand from scratch or refreshing an existing one, we tailor our approach to your situation. Rebranding projects follow the same packages — we just start by auditing your current brand assets and market position before creating the new direction.
What if I already have a logo but need everything else?
No problem. We can work with your existing logo and build out the rest of your brand identity around it — color palette, typography, guidelines, social media kit, and more. We'll adjust the package scope and pricing accordingly. Just let us know during the consultation.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. If you start with a Starter package and later want a full social media kit or brand strategy, we'll credit what you've already paid toward the higher-tier package. Many clients start with Starter and upgrade to Pro once their business grows.
