How can I rebuild my sites as a Multisite?
It is best to start with a fresh WordPress Install and convert that to WordPress Multisite and then import your current site into that install. This is due to some of the directory structure and database tables. Converting directly to Multisite COULD cause issues in the future.Â
How many PHP workers do I need?
This all depends on the type of sites. While Multisite does require more PHP workers to run better, the difference in PHP workers needed will be based on how static or dynamic a site is.
How many sites can WordPress Multisite handle?
There is no software limitation to how many sites can be enabled on a Multisite installation. The real bottleneck will eventually become the platform resources (CPU, RAM, PHP Workers, etc).
